WINNER: Liebherr – Werk Ehingen GmbH

Liebherr is equipping new mobile cranes with advanced driver assistance systems that increase road safety by detecting blind spots around the crane and signalling possible people in front of the crane. These Blind Spot Assist and Collision Prevention Systems, which are specially designed for cranes, comply with the latest EU safety regulations.


FINALIST: Mammoet Europe B.V.

Mammoet’s XXL monopile transport system improves safety by using hydraulic jacking spacers and foldable saddles, reducing manual labor and risks. Each saddle has a capacity of 1,000t and can handle monopiles up to 12m diameter. The system was successfully tested with the marshalling of 76 monopiles in Germany.


FINALIST: Sarens NV

Sarens’ P@S (Prevention at Sarens) system is a global SHEQ management platform for reporting incidents, inspections, and risk assessments. Accessible via mobile and web, it enhances safety, compliance, and efficiency with real-time data, automated audits and seamless integration in HR systems.


FINALIST: Spierings Mobile Cranes

Spierings’ Automatic Ballast Detection System enhances crane safety by eliminating human error in ballast configuration. Integrated into the new SK1265-AT5 mobile crane, it ensures precise load monitoring and lifting chart selection. This innovation sets a new industry benchmark for safety and efficiency.
