FINALIST: BMS
BMS has developed a structured crane supervisor training programme that combines practical instruction with international best practice. The course is independently certified by a third party as an Appointed Person programme that meets ISO standards, which the company says is unique. To date, more than 20 BMS professionals have completed the certification, thereby strengthening safety, expertise and compliance across operations.



FINALIST: Liebherr-Werk Ehingen GmbH
Liebherr’s “Game of Cranes” is an innovative, international competition that motivates mobile crane operators worldwide to develop their skills and compete with the best in the industry. The project combines practical and theoretical challenges, fosters talent development, and places a strong focus on safety and professionalism.

FINALIST: Spierings Mobile Cranes
Spierings’ High Voltage Training equips technicians to safely operate and maintain eLift cranes with high-voltage systems. Combining regulations (NEN 9140), risk control and hands-on practice, it reinforces safe isolation procedures, reduces human error and ensures full compliance. Over 55 people were trained and certified in 2025, supporting long-term safety culture.
