Fabio Belli has been unanimously re-elected as ESTA’s President for a second three-year term by the association’s General Assembly at its meeting in Munich held during the Bauma exhibition.

Belli currently holds the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Kerry Project Logistics Group and is Senior Advisor to the Board of Autovictor. He is a former CEO of Fagioli and has worked in the heavy lifting and abnormal transport sector for over 20 years.
Speaking after the vote, Fabio Belli said:
“I am proud to be representing an organisation whose core values are built around mutual respect and cooperation. We understand that we have much to learn from each other and that by working together we can make improvements that will benefit us all.”
“We face an increasingly unpredictable global trade landscape with all its resulting impacts on supply chains, market volatility and business confidence. That big picture is not something we can do much about. What we can do is ensure that our own cooperative, innovative and forward-thinking culture is cherished, protected and developed.”
According to ESTA’s constitution, a president may serve a maximum of three consecutive terms, totalling nine years in office.
The ESTA General Assembly also re-elected Rainer Sasse, CEO of Luxtrailers, as ESTA Treasurer, along with two board members – Łukasz Chwalczuk from OSPTN in Poland, and David Collett, Managing Director of Collett & Sons and from the UK.
