WINNER: Prangl Gesellschaft m.b.H
Prangl has set up an internal training and development campus called “BePrangl” in order to to offer its employees the opportunity to continually expand their knowledge. Every year, Prangl’s HR development team and the entire team of trainers compile an updated training manual with all available training courses. In 2023, a total of 58 training courses took place at BePrangl with 421 participants.

Ainscough has raised the standard of training for novice crane operators by introducing a 12-month structured Mobile Crane Apprenticeship, consisting of industry specific training, intensive individual crane training and supervision by an experienced and competent crane operator.

The aviation industry is the leading reference in terms of safety, procedures and accident analysis. ASA France has developed an innovative training programme that applies aviation standards to the heavy lift and transport industry. This training includes various safety and innovative aspects aimed at improving communication, decision-making, teamwork and overall situational awareness during operations.
